We do our best to make sure every order leaves here in good shape. Sometimes mistakes happen, and we’ll always do what we can to make it right.
Returns
For safety reasons, we can’t take back opened or used vape or THC products. Once a product’s been opened, it can’t go back on the shelf.
If you ordered the wrong thing or changed your mind before we ship it, send us an email right away at support@acescarts.com. If the package hasn’t gone out yet, we can usually stop it or make changes.
Damaged or Wrong Items
If your package shows up with the wrong item or something’s broken, reach out within 7 days of getting it.
Include your order number and a quick photo — that helps us sort things faster.
We’ll either send a replacement or issue a refund, depending on the situation.
Refunds
Refunds are sent back to the same payment method you used. Once we process it, it can take a few business days for your bank or card company to show the refund.
We can’t refund opened, used, or tampered items.
Order Cancellations
If you need to cancel an order, email us right away. If it hasn’t shipped, we’ll cancel and refund it. If it’s already left our warehouse, we won’t be able to stop it.
