Processing Time

Most orders leave our warehouse within 1–3 business days after payment clears.
If an item is out of stock or there’s a shipping restriction in your state, we’ll let you know by email.

Where We Ship

We currently ship within the United States to addresses where vape and THC products can be legally delivered.
If your state or county restricts shipments, your order will be canceled and fully refunded.


Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is damaged or doesn’t arrive, email us within 7 days of delivery: support@acescarts.com.
Include your order number and a photo of the issue if possible. We’ll work with the carrier to replace or refund your order.


Wrong or Incomplete Address

Please double-check your shipping address when ordering.
If a package is returned because of a wrong or incomplete address, we’ll contact you to arrange reshipping. Extra shipping charges may apply.


Tracking

Once your order ships, we’ll send a tracking number to your email so you can see where it is.
