Age Limit
You’ve got to be old enough to buy vape or THC products where you live. We don’t sell to minors. If you order, you’re confirming you’re of legal age.
Orders & Payment
When you buy something here, make sure your info’s right. We use secure payment systems and never see or store your card details.
Shipping
We ship as fast as we can. Packages go out in plain boxes — no logos, no labels giving anything away.
Shipping times depend on where you are and local rules. If something shows up damaged or gets lost, send us an email at support@acescarts.com and we’ll do what we can to fix it.
Returns
We can’t take back opened vape or THC products for safety reasons. If you get the wrong thing or it’s damaged, reach out within a week and we’ll work it out — refund or replacement depending on the situation.

Everything we sell is for adults only. Please use it responsibly. We can’t take responsibility for how anyone uses the products once they leave our hands.
